Tips for a clean Excel-to-PDF conversion
Set the print area first
In Excel, select the cells you want in the PDF and set them as the print area. This prevents empty columns and excess whitespace from appearing in the output.
Use landscape for wide tables
Spreadsheets with many columns look better in landscape orientation. Set page orientation in Excel's Page Layout tab before converting to avoid truncated columns.
Check page breaks
Use Page Break Preview in Excel to see where pages will split. Adjust breaks so tables don't get cut across pages in the PDF output.
Your spreadsheets stay private
Files are processed over HTTPS and deleted immediately after conversion. No data is retained, indexed, or used for any purpose.
