By accessing or using Utilra (utilra.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform. These terms apply to all visitors and users of Utilra.

2. Description of Service

Utilra provides free online tools including financial calculators (EMI, SIP, GST, income tax, FD, PPF, NPS, HRA, gratuity), PDF utilities (merge, compress, convert), image tools (compress, crop, resize, background remover), and utility tools (word counter, QR code generator, password generator, unit converter, and others). All tools are provided free of charge for personal and commercial use subject to these terms.

3. No Financial Advice

All calculator results on Utilra are for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute financial, tax, investment, or legal advice. Calculator outputs are estimates based on the inputs you provide and standard formulas. Always consult a qualified financial advisor, chartered accountant, or legal professional before making any financial decisions. Utilra shall not be liable for any decisions made based on calculator outputs.

4. Accuracy Disclaimer

We strive to keep calculators accurate and up to date. However, tax slabs, interest rates, statutory limits, and regulations change frequently. Always verify results with official sources including the Income Tax Department of India, the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), EPFO, PFRDA, and your financial institution. Utilra makes no warranty that calculator results are complete, current, or error-free.

5. PDF and File Processing

Files uploaded for PDF processing are used solely to perform the requested conversion. Files are permanently deleted from our servers within minutes of processing. You retain full ownership of all files you upload. By uploading a file, you confirm that:

• You own the file or have the right to upload and process it
• The file does not contain malware or harmful content
• You are not uploading classified, confidential, or legally restricted documents beyond your personal use

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Utilra for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or send automated requests that degrade platform performance
• Use the platform to distribute malware or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our infrastructure
• Resell or redistribute Utilra's tools or services without prior written permission

7. Advertising

Utilra displays advertisements through Google AdSense. These ads are served by Google and are subject to Google's advertising policies. We do not control the content of third-party advertisements. Clicking on ads may take you to external websites governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

8. Affiliate Disclosure

Some links on Utilra may be affiliate links. If you click an affiliate link and make a purchase or application, we may receive a commission at no additional cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not influence our calculator results or tool functionality.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on Utilra — including but not limited to the tool designs, written content, code, graphics, and branding — is the original work of Utilra and is protected by applicable copyright law. You may use calculator results for personal or commercial purposes but may not reproduce, republish, or redistribute our platform content without written permission. Utilra's tools are independently developed and are not derived from or affiliated with any other tool platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Utilra and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including financial decisions made based on calculator results. The platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Your use of Utilra is entirely at your own risk.
